Sutera Avenue (2 rooms 5 Pax) Opposite Imago Mall

Good location.

They change the room on last minutes as they say the room have an issue. So it not the same as picture shown above. The washing machine break down. Towels kind of old and worn. Air conditioning having a water leak.

Location is near to the Imago shopping mall and there's few eateries at the ground floor including a convenient store with ATM / CDM machine. A Ramly burger stall is also available.

The property forgot to give the door access code. It was the middle of the night when we checked in and we had a hard time contacting anyone, after a series of unanswered phone calls only we got the access code. This is a critical information a property cannot miss when they offer only self-service check-in. The bin was full of rubbish and the fridge was not working. Wifi password is not given, guests need to ask - this is basic you should include it in the check-in information or have it printed and pasted on the wall. Please make the guests' experience a pleasant one.

Direct cancel my booking that day but payment already made.....make my whole family disappointed.

nothing at all everything ok...just a few electrical product not functionable...so far ok laaa

The owner not suppose to provide his apartment if he is not prepared for it example his house has leakage or something. I already paid for the stay and there is no refund given yet to me. Very disappointed.
