The room was clean

I booked a room with a private bathroom, clearly mentioned in my booking confirmation, got a room without a bathroom, and used a shared bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable , I think, broken on the left side. Uncomfortable sleep.

"Really could to with an upgrade facilities outdated and a bloody good clean and redecoration"

Didn't have breakfast left very early

The property is very dated, rooms in top of a flower shop. My room was on the road side of the property single glazed window lots of traffic noise but I slept ok but definitely not suitable for light sleepers. The general appearance and cleanliness was very poor.
