A man entered my room without knocking and announcing himself, allegedly maintenance. The my sleep was constantly interrupted by loud screaming downstairs and by students on other floors. As well as the hygiene being absolutely disgusting, dried blood on the sheets and bedsheets that were clearly slept on I had to go and buy my own bedsheet and remove theirs. Would not recommend. If you’re an agency nurse like me that booked to have an easy commute considering how close this is to the hospital save your money.

I come over from Hong Kong with over 13 hours flight time. I don't receive the message for collecting the keys. Upon arrival, I don't have the details of location of the premises. Taxi driver was unable to drop me off close to the location. Call the service centre in UK, the lady refused to give me the name, and the address of the premises. She said she could not give me details over the phone as my contact number was not UK mobile number. I walked a long distance with my luggage to buy a UK mobile SIM card and call her again, but she didn't answer the call. The email to me regarding the location and collection of keys were received after an hour.

Poor service. No sympathy to visitors.

Cozy studio, just a few minutes from city center. Enjoyed my stay. Owners are so helpful. I would stay again for sure.

My daughter and I attended an open day at De Montfort University. The room is right next door. Clean room and bathroom and very comfortable bed
