"Exceptional"

A lovely cozy cottage, super for a family. Loved the fact that there were two reception rooms providing space.

Parking for two cars was feasible but one was at an angle which made it quite hard getting out of the car. Too far to walk into Polperro but taxi there was great

"Great family cottage"

The cottage was impeccably clean and the beds were really comfortable. The owners could not have been more helpful with the detailed information they left about the area, and the cottage had all the essentials anyone could need, especially for families with kids. We had a wonderful stay overall.

The cottage is about 1.5miles into Polperro and the roads aren't really suitable for walking, so you do need to use the car to access any places to eat/drink. The garden is on a fairly steep hill and next to the road without a fence so bare that in mind if you were planning on coming with young kids. This wasn't a huge issue so wouldn't put us off staying again though.
