KLIA Transit Hub - Kip Core - Town Center, Sepang

I could not open the door when I finally located the place. There is no reception to engage face to face. I have to setup WhatsApp to get instructions. When I finally located the mailbox to get the key and arrived at the room the door would not open. I wanted a complete refund! I ended up leaving and booked another hotel nearby. 😭😝

Everything.. easy check in.. responsive staff.. good location.. near market.. near viral food.. easy to find.. parking easy, pool clean, gym also can use.. all nice

Hoping to have mirror inside room insted toilet only.. have microwave & washing machine..

Clean and tidy. Great for a short stopover in KLIA. Didn't look much like the pictures here.

It's about 20 minutes to the airport. Appartment is clean and cozy. Good wifi.

The only one minus about property itself, it has small window in the kitchen, which leads to some area inside the building and it's very bright at night. Because it's a studio, so it's bright everywhere. I like to sleep in full darkness, so for me it was difficult to fall a sleep. You can find something to eat in the supermarket, but all food there is very local and spicy.

The apartment is nice and the pool in the building is excellent, we loved hanging there. It is also very near to the airport which is why we picked it. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance to.

We arrived in KL ahead of the check in time but it wasn't possible to check in early due to the house keeping hours (till 3pm). This makes sense however when we checked it at 3pm it turned out the room was not cleaned after the previous guest and when I flagged this the person I was in touch with advised that I was wrong. This was not very pleasant or polite, luckily a team of 4 arrived instantly and cleaned up the room. The apartment also turned out to be more expensive than advertised, there were some hidden costs mentioned in the confirmation email but I don't recall seeing them from in the room description. No other accommodation I booked on this trip had this issue so it's not something that happens often.
