Dampness. Could not find a blanket. There were some incomprehensible bags in the closets.

The apartment was in a very good location and it was clean.

Unfortunately, there was such an overwhelming smell of sewage and moisture in the apartment that for me over shadowed it's good qualities.

I really liked the location and safety of this apartment. It was very clean and quiet. All the facilities were there that had been stated pre-booking. I would definitely stay again. Good to have air conditioning too, as it was pretty hot at the time I was there.

I thought the pillows could have been a better quality. They were a little lumpy and uncomfortable. I am sure this could be easily corrected with new ones.

Basic necessities were met and there was a kitchen in the apartment.

I thought the property could have been cleaner as it did not smell the best when I opened the door to it and the dust and stains on the white furniture are still slightly visible. Disappointed that the only hairdryer I managed to find did not work although the staff insists they work later on - not sure if the universe was playing tricks on me that night or what.

Nice quiet little apartment, clean and well equipped in an excellent location with in easy walking distance of everything. Restaurant, cafe and bars 2 mins away. Small supermarket 5 mins. Easy to find and excellent communication with owner regarding finding the key and entry. Felt very safe too. Good price for Seville so I would recommend.

Bed was comfy but very creaky so turning over in the night was a noisy affair! Details listed a balcony but this was actually the walk way to the apartment which I guess you could have sat on but I don’t think it can be described as a balcony and I like a bit of outdoor space so this was one of the reasons I chose this apartment so that was a shame.

Really great location. Lots of restaurants and bars including a takeaway and a grocery shop right on the doorstep. Easy to walk to most tourist areas . The apartment is within a very stylish block of apartments with traditional communal design. There are three floors . We were on the second floor. Not many steps to climb however not suitable for anyone with a disability in climbing stairs independently and without a lift. I did not see a lift ? The apartment was small but seemed to have everything you may need on a short break. My husband enjoyed watching the TV at night after a hard day visiting the local tourist areas .I was already in bed and exhausted. There was a t.v in both the living room and the bedroom. These rooms were not separate however, one room led straight into the other. We did not cook but there was facilities to do this in a small way. Nice big fridge and freezer. The building, the apartment, It was modern and refreshed for the short term visitor. I would stay again if I went back to Seville. It was good value for money as I think I got a reduced rate. Around £100 GBP a night is adequate to pay for this in my opinion.

We struggled to work out how to connect to the internet. Our own fault maybe but nothing was obvious to us. I sent a message asking for answers but received nothing in return regardless of being invited to ask questions should we need to. It seemed the owner was great at communicating when it suited her to do so like asking what time we were leaving so as to arrange the cleaner . Of course this is essential to run a business but I would of appreciated support with connecting to the internet. It’s my age you know, these things are not straight forward to me. It should not b3 taken for granted that everyone knows about technology . ThankYou fir you4 understanding. The bed whilst relatively comfortable makes an awful creaking noise each time you move in it. Pillows are not great.
