Bay Watch Resort 1203 - Perfect Oceanside Getaway

Loved the location. The parking was a little more far away. Would like to be able to walk under an awning or something to stay in the dry when raining.

I myself use the mattress protection that was used in 1203. I have started changing the mattress cover every time I change sheets to prevent it from getting loose and causing sheets to become very loose.

property wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. shower and toilet had hair in it, floors still had food on them. owner offered compensation but i had to reach out to book.com to receive it 3 weeks later. hallways had cockroaches. wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was not clean and due to the property being privately owned it was unclear who to contact for assistance.

Great place! The oceanfront location was excellent. The room was spacious and had all of the amenities. The resort had a lot to do and everyone seemed friendly.

The only slight issues were the TV in the bedroom didn’t seem to work and the floor in the living room wasn’t very clean. Neither were major challenges for us. We have a baby who is crawling, so we had to wipe her hands and feet down a good bit, though. It’s the beach, so sand/dirt is expected.

Location was perfect. Ocean view from balcony was beautiful. Was kind to leave some snacks on the table. And the host responded very quickly to any questions I had.

For the most part the condo was clean, BUT the floors had loads of crumbs, for instance there was a blueberry that was hard as a rock. I could tell the cleaning staff did not vacuum or sweep the kitchen, living room or bedroom. And I know I was at the beach, but there was also tons of sand on the floors. I swept the floors myself to keep from tracking the sand all over. I feel I left it cleaner than when I got there. With all that being said, the rest of the condo was clean and inviting! And I would stay there again.

The floor was not clean. A puddle of oil near the kitchen trash can was visible upon entry and the dirt from the floor turned the bottoms of my feet black.

The parking garage is tight to park if you have a truck

The view and the bed was so comfortable
