Soft Life Crib in Lavington - Dine, Wine & Relax

The property was very nice, spacious and clean! There was clean water provided as well. Although it is not the hotel, it is an airbnb, so at first it was difficult to locate how to get there, but all in all the property is very nice :)

The booking showed that the property price can be paid in USD (we are from Europe, so USD is not our currency, but we changed to get some cash). Turned out it could be paid only in cash, and in Kenyan shillings (which we didn’t have enough at the time), so at the end we had to pay 1,5x of the price. Which was not too much, but for the local prices it was still disappointing.

Security guards unnecessarily insisting on passport details of resident guest's visitor was annoying. The passport security details they wanted are useless because they are used by the issuing authorities to verify that the passport is not forged. Security guards at the complex should not insist on such details as there is no way they can verify whether the document is forged or not. The fact that a copy of the passport was provided which had a full name, picture of the person and this visitor is actually accompanied by the resident of the complex should never be required because the security could simply put the visitor on the record of the resident. Found this annoying and upsetting. When guests like myself coming from overseas and i have a local visitor to be treated like criminals by security guards, it is highly offensive and makes me think twice to book at your place again. How can you treat guests like criminals. It's not like they didn't know me. They knew I was a guest resident, and I had brought a visitor. Noise from some residents taking a swim on the pool was annoying. Why did the security allow noise at the swimming pool. It's ridiculous to see such a nice place turned into a noise place.
