Gostei da localização e gostei que o serviço de barco para praia do Golden Club estivesse disponível.

Infelizmente não nos indicaram que era necessário pedir ao anfitrião para enviar um e-mail à recepção do clube para ter acesso as pulseiras e por isso o único dia que poderíamos ter usado o barco não tínhamos pulseiras e apenas no dia seguinte ficaram disponíveis. No dia seguinte estava menos quente e preferimos ficar na piscina. A comunicação foi rápida, mas essa parte falhou.

Slechte wifi . Bij aankomst verkeerd huisnummer gekregen dat was wel vervelend . 9 dagen geen schoonmaak.

The keys were in a key safe

The pdf said property was H104 but actually is H204 so keysafe didn't work then found a scrap of paper I side saying that if we had rented from Lovely Stay this was the wrong flat and to go upstairs to H204

The apartment is part of a large complex with a mix of privately owned apartments and all inclusive holiday makers. There are two good sized pools with plenty of sunbeds, an indoor pool (€3 for a cap), sauna and steam room and a gym (€5), bars, a cafe and a restaurant (maybe only for the all inclusive people). On Thursday and Monday evening there was entertainment which could be enjoyed from the balcony. There's a free boat shuttle to the wonderful beach which in October had no sun beds. I think the boats might stop running in November. The apartment is a good size with all the facilities we needed for cooking. They supplied washing up liquid, a tea towel, a sponge and cloth and two dishwasher tablets as well as shower gel and soap, welcome touches. The hot water is on demand from a boiler in the apartment which was great. Lots of parking spaces right outside the entrance. The balcony is a good size and gets the sun mid morning to mid afternoon in October. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants and about 25 minutes from the train station.

The apartment is 'managed' by a company called Lovely Stays. They didn't answer my questions before travelling, I had to get Booking.com customer service involved, and only sent out the check in instructions at 10am on the day of travel, I would have preferred receiving these the day before. Sadly the instructions looked great but had the wrong flat number written down, the correct one was one floor above. This is completely unforgivable given someone else had the same problem in July! They also didn't tell me that in order to use the Golden Club facilities we had to go to reception to get our bright pink wristbands, I guessed. The WiFi wasn't working and, because they wouldn't use their names when communicating, I ended up dealing with two people about it, one on booking.com messaging and another on WhatsApp. It turned out the owner ran out of credits. The WiFi wasn't up to streaming and the TV reception was very poor. We read and listened to music. The mattress protector was basically a plastic sheet which was very noisy and uncomfortable. Finally, there was a strange dripping sound in the kitchen, at first I thought it was temporary due to the rain but it wasn't.

Beim einchecken hatten wir ziemlich große Probleme, LovelyStay wollte das wir ein Onlinecheckin auf einer Seite die nicht richtig funktioniert machen. Ich habe aufgegeben und wollte am Golden Club einchecken, dort wahren wir nicht einmal angemeldet, das heißt kein zutritt… zu unserem Glück spricht meine Frau portugiesisch. Nach mehreren Telefonaten und ca. drei Stunden um 24‘00 erhielten wir endlich den Coud für den Schlüssel doch die falsche Wohnungsnummer, nach weiterem suchen und blanken Nerven fanden wir endlich die Wohnung. Am nächsten Morgen erhielten wir die Zugangsbänder vom Golden Club aus gutem Willen, da LovelyStay uns immer noch nicht angemeldet hatte…. sehr ärgerlich 😡
