I spent my working week at this property and honestly it's one of the best in Central Birmingham. The property can hold up to 7 people but for me I only had me and my partner. It's located very well, close to the Moor Street and New Street Train Station, as well as nearby City Centre and Aston University and BCU.  Picking up the key was simple and I was able to leave my car in the underground parking which was very safe and spacious. The property itself was very cosy and clean. It looks exactly like the pictures which seemed too good to be true. All aspects made it very homely and comfortable to stay in. I especially enjoyed the living room area with the smart TVs and balcony view. The kitchen was stacked full of everything I needed to cook meals for myself which helped cut down on takeout. The rooms were very comfortable and no noise from other apartments had any issue. The bathroom was also very clean which supplies of everything we needed.  The communication from the property owner was very thorough and clear. Especially when pre booking when I was my concerns, they answered my queries rapidly with thorough responses. Also checking up on me after my first night, as well as offering to refill or fix any issues. They also reminded me the night before of the check out instructions.  I very much enjoyed staying here and I would rate it a 10/10 experience. I have booked this property again for another stay, and I am hoping to make this my go to stay. With the convenience of being in city centre and safe parking. This place is a bargain!

Property is central and comes with parking. Convenient to navigate around the city. Very well decorated property. It was clean and had all necessary facilities.

This flat is next to a garbage chute and that smelled. Smell was limited to the corridor, something which possibly can be looked into. However, once inside the flat you would not know about it. Flat was definitely very clean and well kept.

The property was immaculate, clean and a unique aesthetic- exactly as shown in the pictures. I am very particular with cleanliness and it was absolutely spotless. Everything you need is available- iron, toaster, fridge and freezer and it is all in great working condition. It felt like a luxury hotel stay. The owner was very quick and responsive with great communication. We went with our 11 month old baby and it was very convenient with lift access, free parking and stunning views on the balcony. I would 100% come back here to stay if I visit Birmingham again.

I cannot fault anything about the property and the owner.
