Close to the beach

We booked for 2 adults 2 children. There were enough towels for 3 people, 3 beach towels. The bed was extremely uncomfortable in which my husband and I slept on pull out couch bed. Still uncomfortable. We saw a cockroach. I did message property about and they did say they could send an exterminator. I did let them know that if we found anymore, we would have them have someone come spray again very inconvenient. I understand there is bugs. We have traveled to Florida five different occasions and never have been in a place and seeing cockroaches. The next day when getting a pan out we found another cockroach dead. The last two days of our trip it rained and the ceiling leaked in the kitchen. It does stay it is a shared laundry unfortunately, though both washers and dryers were occupied by housekeeping. They would come in the morning and fill both washers and then not return till the evening to switch out the laundry. I would not recommend this place.
