"A great place to stay in Moab. Very convenient to downtown, walking distance. Very quiet at night."

Location was good. Quiet area.

Not easy access to the door with code... had to keep trying it....probably 8 times, before unlocking. I would type in 2 numbers and the X would pop up.

Location was perfect, walk to downtown. Close to mountain bike trails. Condo was clean, quiet. Beds were comfortable. Nice grills and outdoor lounge space! Easy check in and check out

"Excellent, comfortable stay close to Arches."

Excellent stay, just a few minutes to restaurants, cafes, main street and less than a 15 minute drive to Arches National Park. Centrally located but still quiet, beautiful property. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Perfect for our family.

"Great property In Moab and close to Arches and Canyonland"

Location is very good - just a few blocks off of main street in Moab but very quite and had views of the surrounding landscape. Property seems new and everything worked fine. Well stocked and furnished. Clean. Plenty of horizontal surfaces to put our stuff. Onsite laundry is great - note it is in a room for multiple guess use as well as the cleaning people. We had no issue using it but guest are to give priority to the cleaners. To be clear, if we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Suggestion - need to provide dish towels. Had plenty of paper towels but not as ecologically good. The bed softness/firmness. For my wife and I it was a bit too soft especially in the middle. But it might be great for others. We like our mattress a bit firmer. The keyless entry was a little finicky but once you got the hang of it, it was not bad.

It was super easy to reach the owner for questions. And the apartment was well designed with high quality interiors, appliances, and furniture!

The patio door was broken. Very hard to close!
