Brand new facilities (opened in Nov 2024). Very quiet and spacious room, very comfortable bed (memory foam) and very good linen. Parking space just outside the place. Although we did not use the pool, the roof-top pool looked very tempting, especially at the end of a long and hot day.

Although good, breakfast was a bit on the “light” side in terms of choice.

The room and the whole building are new , modern , very comfortable and clean. Pretty good restaurant is practically on premises.

Location is not ideal, pretty far fro historical center of Bari, among several highways, but not easy to get to. But once you’re inside the room, it’s perfect
