GBGBNice and quiet. Very clean, on street parking was never a bother. Nice facilities. There was excellent communication throughout.
The bathroom decor was struggling with the amount of condensation in there but it didn’t detract from anything and was clean and didn’t smell mouldy at all or anything.
AUThe location placed us 5 mins from our son which was a bonus. We did like the fact that we had access to netflicks.
The toilet being downstairs. All the mattresses. The pillows were cheap and nasty. Woke up with a very sore back the first. We purchased pillows to help make it better. The kitchen was awkward. I would recommend you add toppers to each of the beds and spend a little money on good quality pillows.
AUEverything that was needed was provided. Bed was comfortable and it was easy to get into town, to the supermarket and out to other towns
Whilst the promise of parking being readily available at the front of the property I found this not to be the case when returning in the evening. On one occasion I had to park on an adjacent street

NZGood location, 50 steps to very good pub serving good ale and food. Good WiFi. Nice kitchen, although we didn't use it. Plenty of space for the two of us. Comfortable bed.
Steep stairs, no toilet upstairs. Communication with letting agent. Had a form to fill out to give a security bond after paying booking.com. Sat outside for an hour waiting for a code on an hour to get the key before being able to make contact though WhatsApp and found I had to complete another form before getting the code very frustrating. There are no instructions on how to start the heating. We have no experience with boilers and radiators some simple instructions would be good.
INLocation of the property is just over the Brinkburn Road and the interior decor was nice. Also kitchen was well equipped.
Bathroom could be more clean. Dustbin bags were not provided. Adequate toilet paper also not provided. Toiletries and coffee/tea powder provided were all over expiry date.

Very steep stairs, only bathroom downstairs, boiler in bedroom, no where to put suitcase or clothes, plugs not accessible
GBFabulous property really felt like you were at home  There was even coffee, tea, milk, washing up, liquid sponges, etc everything was considered . Great styled out property
