The apartment has everything that you need and is spotless. It is modern and the air conditioner works perfectly. It is in a quiet area and has lots of restaurants close by. There is a beach 2 minutes from the apartment. If I was to do the trip again, I would book a couple of days to wind down from the city trip and hang out at the beach. Patrizia and Sal were excellent hosts and attended to all of our needs. I highly recommend.

"Great short stay in Fiumicino with amazing hosts!"

Our stay at PR Apartment was very enjoyable. The apartment is beautifully appointed, comfy beds, lots of room for 4 adults. Both our hosts Sal and Patrizia were very nice, they helped us with our transportation arrangements, allowed us to check in early, provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and kept in touch with us during our stay. While waiting to check in we went across the street and had coffee at the Zanzibar restaurant, so authentic. The area is very quiet, safe and close to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and our dinner on the beach watching the sun set was amazing. I would highly recommend PR Apartment and if we find ourselves back in Fiumicino we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

"Perfect one night stay near the Rome airport"

We needed an apartment close to the Rome airport for an early morning flight and we were very pleased with the property. The host met us and took his time to explain things about the apartment, as well the amenities in the area, which included a wonderful restaurant in which we dined that night (which was fabulous). He even offered to get us a taxi in the morning, if we had difficulty finding transport. The property is within walking distance to the ocean, although it seemed to be off season because there were only a small number of locals around (it was May, 2025). The area is highly residential but that fine by us. Highly recommend.

No complaints - highly recommend.

Staying with Sal was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Sal was always available to answer our questions. Fiumicino airport (FCO) is only an 8 minute drive. Highly recommended! Our stay at PR Apartments was fantastic! Grazie mille per tutti!
