AIRPORT 9 Min PR APARTMENT BY THE BEACH

We liked the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The host was most helpful with transportation.

A real effort had been made to provide all the "extras". Beautifully furnished. Short walk to all amenities and beach. Very attentive hosts on the end of a phone fullfilling last minute requests.

Comfy sofa only for 2, perhaps an armchair in each bedroom which could be carried into the lounge area if needed would solve the problem. Very involved recycling system was quite a challenge.

Exceptionally clean, responsive and helpful hosts who organised a taxi to the airport for us and provided thoughtful touches like Netflix kids setup. Good kitchen facilities too.

A bit of a task to get the key and get in but definitely manageable. Also couldn’t quite see the sea from where we were/the street we were on but didn’t necessarily expect to.

25 euro to the airport. Too much. We paid 50 from Rome to Fiumicino. And 25 from apartament to airport - 10 minutes... We didnt know.... The bed was uncomfortable and made noises at any movement. And I think the check in process is exaggerated. You have a lot of steps to go through and they ask you to take a picture with your passport in your hand.

Everything was perfect. Well laid out apartment with everything you need for a short or an extended stay. Super clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Great wifi. The host is very friendly and helpful. Great dining nearby. We loved the seafood at Amelindo Mare Ristorante and the “best ice cream in all Italy” at Lenci in Darcena.

Nothing to dislike - all good!

Close to beach, store, restaurants and airport. Clean, thoughtfully organized, comfortable with detailed helpful instructions. Host was great and organized excellent shuttle to airport in morning. Thanks very much! Will stay again.

Lots of doors /gates to get in. After doing once was easy though!

We loved this apartment near the sea! Clean, spacious (4 people), very well situated for a relaxing night before our flight back to the States. We checked in late afternoon/early evening, and immediately walked to the beach at the end of the street while the sun lowered over the waves. We went to an amazing sushi restaurant across from the beach afterwards and had complementary dry champagne, the best fresh sushi and edamame, and view of the ocean and remaining daylight. In the morning, it was very easy to get to the airport and to get gas along the way on one of the roundabouts (bring cash/euros if you're leaving early, since most were closed until 8 or 8:30am), if you rent a car. Photos are very accurate. We would definitely stay again for convenient stay near FCO. The hosts, Patrizia and Sal, were very responsive and kind, staying in touch with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything is okay.
