Clean and spacious. It’s my second time stay at this unit. Have Bila Bila Mart, mini market and foodcourt.

Everything’s perfect, got a lot of space. This one just a suggestion : may provide some water bottles or 3 in 1 packets

Good and easy process

The airconds are very cold and there is balcony use for my husband smocling. In the same time, there is washing machine and washing powder which solve my issue of dirty cloth. The house also come with hair dryer and iron which is add point of this home stay

The bed is too hard. The toilets are having very stingy smell that i need to buy freshner to ease the smell. the curtain cant really close all view and make me a bit uncomfortable. The pillow sheet and the towel are with smell too. The floor and toilet floor has all dirty spots and one death crockcoth body. the toiletries is only body sampoo. This building is hald abundant building which there is a building with empty shop lot and opposite the carpark which it seem darkness and feel a bit haunted and unsafe.

The location is great, the check-in process is easy. There is a mini mart on the ground floor, if you forget to bring anything.

Water is not provided, but you can just go to the ground floor to buy mineral water at the mini mart.

The cleanliness

The rooms are big

The bathrooms need some thorough cleaning, the toilet seats and bathroom floor are moldy. The steel rack and toilet roll dispenser are rusty. I booked for 6 pax but the additional mattress does not come with bedsheet and the extra pillows stored in closet seems abit dusty as the pillow case is black, it’s obvious to see the white dust/stains. Spotted a few areas in the living room and dining area have ants. And the electric kettle is not working, have already informed the owner on our first day of stay but nothing was done. We just used the microwave instead for our morning coffee.

the stay cleanliness is super lousy.. -master room's toilet is super smelly and cockcroach inside -ants are everywhere on the table, sofa, flooring even climb to my body. -there are a lot of unknown hairs and furs everywhere. Living room, sofa and on the beds too. -my thigh got skin allergy after sat on the sofa. -towel is hanging outside. Not sure it's washed or used. -2nd room's bathroom hot heater is spoilt too. I complained to the owner, showed the videos. But beside from 2 sorry, nothing else he takes initiative to compensate. Owner said the cleaner has cleaned the room but obviously not at all with all the Live Videos recording.
