Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο, σε καλή τοποθεσία (πολύ κοντά στο μετρό) και βολική διαρρύθμιση.

Ανέφεραν ότι είναι ισόγειο ενώ ήταν ημιυπόγειο το δωμάτιο. Η μία κρεβατοκάμαρα είχε μπαλκονόπορτα που έβγαινε σε μικρή αυλιτσα και παράθυρο του οποίου το παντζούρι ήταν χαλασμένο και δεν άνοιγε. Το δεύτερο κρεββάτι δεν βρισκόταν σε άλλη κρεβατοκάμαρα αλλά σε έναν διαμορφωμένο χώρο (εσοχή ) στην σαλόνι κουζίνα. Σε αυτόν τον χώρο τα δύο παράθυρα ήταν ψηλά στον τοίχο καθώς ήταν ημιυπόγειο από εκείνη την πλευρά άρα ο χώρος ήταν σκοτεινός πόσο μάλλον δεν που και εδώ το ένα πατζουρι ήταν χαλασμένο και δεν άνοιγε. Επίσης το σφουγγαράκι της κουζίνας θα επρεπε να είναι καινούριο μια όχι χρησιμοποιημένο. Τέλος τα δύο ρολά υγείας που είχαν αφήσει είναι λίγα για 4 άτομα για 3 βραδιά άρα 4 ημέρες.
