Villa Edoardo con pineta a 250 metri dal mare

Villetta singola davvero molto bella e spaziosa, da poco ristrutturata con tutti i comfort e gli elettrodomestici di ultima generazione (condizionatori, TV etc). Letti comodi. Doccia ampia interna. Doccia esterna. Parcheggio interno. Cancello automatico. Posizione tranquilla e strategica, appena fuori dall’affollata Porto Cesareo (raggiungibile in 5 minuti con lo strepitoso mare delle Dune) e vicinissima (700 metri) alla meravigliosa (sia pure piccolissima) cala di Torre Squillace. A una ventina di minuti si trova la splendida spiaggia di Padula Bianca (Gallipoli). Host sempre disponibile al telefono per ogni esigenza e pronto a dare ottimi consigli pratici su spiagge e ristoranti. Comunicazione chiara sulle istruzioni per il check-in a distanza.

Everything was good. Luigi always was in touch with us and quickly did couple of our requests such as bringing teapot. Beautiful garden with birds singing near the house.

Just one note. Linen was clean but had a bit musty smell. Probable it is because of dampness in the house where they were dried. So it can be improved.

The house was very clean.

On the first night it was very loud techno party just beat the house, the owner didnt mentioned that before. It was terrible experience for us. The second Day it was an accident - my 2 yo kid felt off the chair and hot the ground, fortunately nothing bad was happen, except our fear. The leg was damaged and fells out of the structure, in others chairs it was same situation! I wrote to owner sending him the pics and 2 days later he sent the carpenter and fixed it. So for 2 days we had no chairs in the kitchen. I also sent him movie with loud party in neighbourhood, we couldnt sleep. The owner said... sorry. I asked him for a discount because of those 2 incidents. He's proposal was 100 euro in condition we had to leave 2 days earlier, so it was blackmail. I had full conversation via whats'up with owner and totally dissapointed his attitude. When I asked him twice for a compensation, after one week he wrote than we left a big mess and made some damages, I suppose it was his imagination to take a revenge, its unfair Mr Luigi

Super komunikácia s domácim, poloha ubytovania, všade kúsok na najkrajšie pláže, klimatizácia v každej miestnosti, vonkajšia sprcha, sedenie na terase.

Very comfortable house with 2 bedrooms and spacious living room with kitchenette. It is located in a quiet area in the suburbs of porto cesareo with big garden and private parking space. Although it is walking distance from the centre of porto cesareo (about 3 km), it is better with a car as there are no sidewalks on some roads. All equipment required is there including towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, washing machine, outside furniture to relax in the terrace and outside shower. The apartment was recently renovated and it has higher standard than usually other Italian apartments have (for this price). The host was also very friendly and helpful. He recommended great restaurants and beaches to visit.
