The place is quite comfortable. There was a small issue with the shower in the second bathroom. It would be even better if there were some chairs to relax in the backyard. The bed was very comfortable and helped us sleep well. 😊

Not a lot, it was quiet and near where we wanted to be

The dead rat and toilet tissue in the garden, the nails and holes in the fence, the stinking overflowing bins, fag butts in the kitchen bin, the filthy bath, the broken toilet seat and extractor fan. Didn’t like the blocked bath and en-suite shower drains. Left the property cleaner than when we arrived and was still charged £150 for the dogs, we covered the couch and used our own bed linen! Absolutely shocking customer service, no offer of compensation for all of the above problems, oh and take your own oven gloves as there are none there, in fact don’t book the place.

We all really like the property and location is perfect to the center of the city.

Very close to the centre of Birmingham but a lovely quiet area. The house was lovely and warm, very clean and tidy with all mod cons you could want in the kitchen (including a dishwasher!). The park down the road is perfect for those with smaller children. Parking was on the run up directly outside the front door. Plenty of parking permits to use inside the drawer under the tv 😁👍🏻

Very few faults to mention. There were only two forks (but I feel bad mentioning that as it was otherwise perfect).

Perfect location for the city centre and Edgbaston cricket ground. Comms with the host were very good.

Nothing

A great place for the 3 three of us (2 adults and a teenager) - spacious, clean and well equipped. Just a 20 minute walk to the city centre or you can hop on the bus. We took our dog too - there’s a small enclosed garden, a fenced green space 100 yards away and Cannon Hill Park (for walks, a kiddies park, a seasonal boating lake) in walking distance or 5 minutes by car. It’s close to the ring road on the south side of the city so it’s handy for Edgbaston and Cadbury World too.
