- can wash clothes and easy to dry - the facilities are great

- the towel and pillowcase got unpleasant smell, luckily i bring my own towel - the battery of the tv was not working, need to ws owner for this - aircond so so, not that cold even already put it on the lowest temperature - the hanging rack in the toilet need to be fixed

I had a triathlon event at Encore so that location was really near and strategic. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground. The room was comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here.

There were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen. I believe there must be a lot of people staying and it's not easy to remove this completely.

I loved the whole apartment. It was very comfortable although the baby cockroaches were roaming 1-2 only. It was really clean place. The check in was supposed to be smooth but the guard didnt understand that ID and password are two different things. Host gave very easy ways to check in but the guard was wanting the password and then he said oh IC number. The game room and gym needed to be booked the date and time. Since we had alot of plans i had to cancel the scheduled time and re book. Host was very fast responsive to that. We had the highest room i think,floor 35. Very nice sea view. Towels were prepared. Rooms had shower gels. They had some cooker, no microwave,so we heat up using the cooker. Fridge is available. The washing machine is there and nice place to dry the clothes too. We only stayed for two nights. It was really nice and near the town too. Kuih keria shop putu piring shop and coconut shake shop is near. Game room - Ping Pong and snooker board and dart board was available. Gym - was very new had afew mills to walk. Swimming pool is open till 10pm. The washroom near the swimming pool is really clean. Grabfood. Very easy, pick up at the lobby. The location in the grab app was balinese Amber cove. Free parking. Very near to the lift.

Everything was sweet.
