Spacious apartment with nice view from 10th floor. Balcony has nice table to have breakfast if you are not scared of heights. Location is fairly good, about 15-20 mins walk to beach. Juan was very helpful when we had questions and answered fast.

Air-conditioning is in the living room and therefore bedroom is much hotter on summer even you try to keep it blowing towards bedroom. We could not keep windows open as cockroaches and other insects were coming in. Parking was terrible (normal in Spain) because of roadworks, but usually you can find a spot within reasonable distance. The pool of the building is not the nicest and cleanest one. Same pool area serves for four tall buildings so it can be crowded.

Nice little apartment, in an area that suits us well. Clean and well kept. Friendly owner who is there for you if you should have any issues, not that we had any reasons to contact her. 10th floor with fabulous views. Use of the pool and garden areas

There wasnt anything that we didn't like, this is more by way of raising awareness for others wishing to book this apartment..... We found the apartment hot even though we used the shutters to block out the heat, and the bedroom to be really stuffy and hot with little air but, the weather was very hot which did not help the situation. Also, the aircon in the lounge only went to 18 degrees. Not cool enough in the summer heat. The shower does not drain quick enough and runs onto the bathroom floor if you have the shower on any kind of high pressure. This is typical of the drainage in the block and not anything that the owner can do about it. We didn't have any problems once we realised not to have the shower on full.
