design fault - balcony cannot be used due to extreme heat from a/c condensers.
MYNice and clean house, comfortable for our small family. Good view from balcony and good location in town. Near to Gurney Drive, Padang Kota, Hameediyah etc.
The lifts are small, slow and during our trip 1 lift down. 30 mins waiting during check out. Please manage your time if you stay in Mansion One. However, the host is understanding and acknowledged we check out a bit late due to this :)
NZThe location is excellent very central to every where and the host is very responsive and accommodating our needs, you can always reach out for help and local travel tips and recommendations.
2 lifts got broken while we were staying, we have to walk all the way down from 26th floor to 8th floor to be able to take the lift. It’s really hectic and stressful if you booked the taxi before hand or got appointment/flight on the day. The whole building is not maintained very well overall but I understand it’s not something the host can help.
