Location and Location again

Many items small things like window shatters broken - answer was we have curtains. tv doesn’t work- no signal ,answer was it should work 😎 one hand towel for two very poor communication- asked 3 times how to enter apartment- the first answer was- thank you for your visit, don’t forget to take out the garbage 😳.
