The location was great & close to everything. the staff was helpful, friendly & always available if needed. The rooms are clean & comfortable.

On the weekend the music from the bars nearby is too loud so it is hard to sleep by night.

"Lovely accommodation and people"

The management in this establishment is 12 out of 10 . They helped us out when a certain hotel took our money and double booked us . We were walking the streets of Liverpool for two hrs with no where to stay and this company came through in leaps and bounds for us . I will never forget the hospitality I received the fridge was stocked with ice creams & water and coke zero’s ., countless biscotti biscuit and tea . A well run company. Thanks again guys from Stephen , Gary & the another Gary 😂👍
