"Last minute work stay ruined by no VAT invoice for work."

Clean and comfortable for a very last minute work stay.

After care has been awful. Requested a VAT invoice as I travelled for work. Ignored messages. Owner Picked up the phone probably by mistake and calls and messages have been ignored since. My company are now charging me for the trip until I can provide a VAT invoice. Happy to take my money, but after service has been awful. I work in Hull once a month and despite the place being Ideal, it's just not set-up for someone using it for work.

Absolutely lovely hosts went above and beyond beyond it was a home from home stay cosy and everything needs, clean place lovely location 2 minutes from the marina. Myself and husband will definitely be rebooking after we checkout tomorrow thanks

Upgraded to the penthouse apartment. Views were fabulous. Great location for restaurants, cafes and bars.
