The house was really nice and roomy. The bedrooms were especially spacious and with each its own bathroom. Necessary supplies were available, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and such. Washer and dryer in the unit. T ‘s in all rooms with opportunity to stream your own Netflix and such. Really close to pool and gym. Also fairly close to Wesley Chaoel shopping and Tampa premium outlet. Would recommend.
Emphasizing its a really nice house but want to be as honest as possible for future renters: the floors upstairs creeked a lot, the waterpressure was a bit low and the aircon did not seem to cool the upstairs as well as the downstairs. Also the HVAC- unit (at least I think that is what is was) outside the main bedroom was quite noticeable at night. Although the development is quite nice most of the attractions (coast, downtown Tampa, Ybor, Hyde Park, St Pete) are at least a 25 minute drive.
