No key code was provided for check in or details of the apartment we were staying in (as there are several there). We had driven 6 hours to get there, to be left in the cold with no access to accommodation. We had to bunker down in a local cafe as the owner failed to respond to messages or answer calls. Booking.com were useless promising to get back to us 'within 24 hours' - helpful with 2 children and nowhere to go! We finally were granted access after 6pm. When we got in there, there were not enough cups for all to have a hot drink, the toilet was disgusting, it was freezing cold, there wasnt enough towels, there wasnt enough bedding, it was a disgrace. We were forced to vacate and find alternative accommodation 20 minutes away at the premier inn.
