Cease and Desist order from Clark County taped to front door in regards to renting the unit. Dishes and utensils in cupboards were dirty and had to be washed before use. Stovetop needs a major scrubbing, Cabinets were dirty. Chipped plates etc. Kitchen amenities need serious upgrading. No kleenex anywhere. Upstairs soap dispenser had maybe an inch of watered down soap in it. It is not up to rental standards.

The owners were very friendly and prompt whenever we needed assistance. The facility was good for the price, and the location was ideal.

The AC broke after the 2nd night. The owner did not want to pay for a service call for that evening, although it was 100 degrees outside. He also would not agree to pay for 1 night hotel room until AC was fixed. After some back-and-forth, the owner told me I had "1 hour to get out"! This is beyond unprofessional! I could not get my money back because Booking also doesn't give a damn. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT WAS ALSO DIRTY AND OVERPACKED! BACKYARD WAS A DISASTER!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and A/C was a blessing. Car was in a lock-up garage. Appreciated that.

We made a late booking. The apartment is in a complex. Communication how to enter the property was a challenge therfore felt unwelcome. Even to exit the property the next day, was an issue! If owner can improve on that, it is otherwise a gem!

Close proximity to Southpointe

I didn't like having to call the attendant everytime to get through the gate. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
