Luxury Georgian House With Sauna Sleeps 19-23

The property was a lot bigger than I expected. The rooms were all of a generous proportion plenty big enough for a large group of people. We loved the Shuffleboard. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and crockery etc.

The dining room wasn't really big enough for us. We struggled to find enough chairs for 19/20 people. It was an extremely tight fit.

Great size for a large group. Brilliant location in the centre of Harleston. Good facilities, especially sauna and projector screen.

Could do with a second TV in either chandelier room or kitchen. Oven controls have faded would benefit from a printed image of the control settings. Bluetooth speakers in each room could do with being individually named so you know which room you are connecting too.

Our group stayed here for a women’s retreat over the weekend, and the experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful with stunning features throughout. We felt relaxed, welcomed, and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property for retreats or group stays. We would definitely love to return in the future, not just for women’s retreats but for men’s retreats as well. Truly a perfect space and an unforgettable stay.

Wow! What an amazing house! It was even better than in the photos. Went with extended family for my 60th birthday weekend. It was so special - we all absolutely loved this house. I shrieked with excitement when we opened the front door to the stunning hallway, and we explored the house like kids in a huge sweet shop! So much thought has gone into the decor, I wouldn’t know where to begin. It’s fun, colourful and eccentric. The photos show all that. Plenty of gorgeous bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. A lovely long dining table and all the crockery and glasses you could want. Beautiful colour-changing steam room, cinema room, games room, massive shuffleboard game. And we loved the interactive fridge screen in the kitchen - could see my birthday cake and Prosecco in there, or switch it to internet, go on YouTube and dance around the kitchen to all of our favourite pop videos! And it was all very clean 😀 Thank you to the owners for an amazing birthday weekend to remember forever 🥰

The property is amazing, we held a 70th birthday celebration with family. The rooms are great and property was clean. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay.

I can't recommend this stay anymore. Everything was perfect, the property is SO impressive and every little detail has been thought of. We came as a group of 15 ladies for a hen do, and everybody couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous and amazing the property was. It is incredible value for money, so spacious and in a gorgeous little town. I also messaged Jonathan a few times during our stay and he was always so helpful. If you're thinking of booking, do it!

Beautiful property, very large rooms for all to enjoy from shuffleboard lounge to projector lounge, dining room and more, fully equipped for a wonderful stay highly recommended staying here

The overall decor and size of property was perfect for our group.Added bonus of the steam room. Everyone likes the double bed bunk beds.

Kitchen was a bit tight shame it was not more open plan.

Absolutely beautiful house, ideal for our girlie get together to celebrate my 40th birthday. House was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and we had the best time. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a get together with a larger group of friends or family.
