Art Place - Spacious and Chic - Self Check-in

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very easy to find, with the entrance just a few steps from the building door. The space was impressively large, easily accommodating up to four people, though I enjoyed having it all to myself. The bedroom was a highlight—the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby without hearing a single sound all night. An added bonus was the mini table soccer and dartboard, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and the AC had already warmed up the space—a thoughtful touch, so big thanks to Fran for that! The only slight drawback was parking. It can be tricky during the day, but I recommend parking elsewhere until employees from the nearby building leave (around 4 PM). After that, you can repark closer, as it's all in the same parking zone. If you're staying longer, I highly recommend using the KEKSPay app to pay for a week or month's parking—it’s super convenient. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location, close to the central square and near tram station, so it is convenient to get around. The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything a guest might need. The owner is incredibly approachable and polite, always ready to help if needed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment had all the needed items for a wonderful stay, to include slippers, netflix, games, and books. The check in and checkout process was also easy and convenient.

The distance to the main sites of Zagreb which is about 30 min walk. But the location is in a quiet neighborhood

Fran is an excellent host who takes care of every detail in the apartment to make the stay wonderful. I felt at home. Excellent wifi and TV/Netflix :-). It is an impeccable, modern and comfortable place. The decoration and the works of art in his house show us a contemporary and young Croatia. It is well located, you can use the bus (3 minutes stop) or the train (17 minutes stop) to go to the center, you can take a taxi to the bus station (15 minutes). Thank you for ordering my taxi on the last day and the chocolate and tea in the kitchen for my welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and has good cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. He has all the instructions in the living room for those who have never been to Zagreb before.
