Stunning 2 Bed by the City Centre & Bute Park

The beds were comfortable and the facilities were good.

It could have done with a small information compendium showing the local grocery shop options, bus stops etc

The flat was well presented once inside. Beds comfy and good nights sleep. Kitchen well equipped. Loads of space.

the hallway was very messy and gave the wrong first impression. The flat was freezing on arrival and it took most of the evening to warm up which was not nice after a long journey. The shower was poor (bad water pressure possibly). Difficult to navigate from parking to front door especially in the dark. The blinds were difficult to use and to be honest, shabby against the rest of the flat. Minor thing - there was one broken glass which had been put back in the cupboard.

Great location for a young family cycling in the city. We cycled with our 6 and 9 year olds to Castle Coch and to Cardiff Bay to Techniquest. Mostly off road and flat cycling. The flat is walking distance to the National Museum which was great for a rainy morning. The flat is warm and comfortable with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Communication with the owner was great too.

It's worth knowing that the parking is a short walk along the road and round to the lane at the back so packing easy to transfer luggage and setting a limit on how many teddies come along is worthwhile if you're a family!

It is good location and has free parking. The bedrooms were comfortable.

There was a lot of food waste and rubbish on entrance of property. The outer door of the property was broken and left open, with our ground floor flat not having a secure lock and being close to the front entrance. We did not feel particularly safe and chose to take our valuables with us each day. We informed the agent of both problems but they denied their responsibility for each matter. Property is not in a good condition- with frayed blinds that don’t fit properly and stained carpets (unable to upload a 5th picture)

Nice place near to town and local shops

No toilet paper available I asked but no response.
