Flat was cosy and the location was perfect for our base stay that is 5 mins walk to NewCastle Train Station. 8 mins walk to Grainger Market and malls. 5 mins walk to discovery museum.

The allocated flat was different from shown in the picture. As we arrived after 7 pm, the courier person for delivery of key who was from blueline taxi, he couldnt find the delivery address and made us further wait for 90 mins until an ASDA grocery delivery person who was delivering grocery at the same address, helped us speaking to the courier guy to reach the right address for key delivery. Door holders of 3 bedrooms and kitchen didnt work properly, my daughter's nose got hit with a door when she was trying to open one of the bedrooms.
