Good location (short walk to the beach), comfortable living room and bedroom, spacious bathroom, good AC, good kitchen cooking facilities, nice view from the kitchen/dining area.

Firstly, the 4pm check-in was not great and unnecessarily late in the day, but I negotiated to get let in a little bit earlier. Secondly, the wifi password was not provided, so I wasted a lot of time and energy upon arrival trying to get connected; I had to walk to a restaurant down the road to use their wifi to contact the host and resolve the issue (as my phone doesn't do international roaming). Thirdly, the roof over the open air kitchen area gets very hot during the day due to the sun, so that space was very warm and it felt much, much hotter in the kitchen/dining area than it actually was outside (as it's open air, there's no AC in that space).
