Our stay at Chez Marva Grande Villa Coco was truly exceptional. The villa is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our group. The peaceful neighborhood provided a serene atmosphere, and the lush garden added to the tropical charm. The location is ideal—just a short bike ride to the village center and beautiful beaches like Anse Source d’Argent and Anse La Reunion. Marva and her husband, Hyacinthe, were outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance with bike rentals, transportation, and even preparing delicious Creole meals that surpassed local restaurant offerings. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa’s amenities, including air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue area, catered to all our needs. The availability of bicycles on-site made exploring the island convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend Chez Marva Grande Villa Coco to anyone seeking a relaxing and authentic experience on La Digue. We look forward to returning in the future.

Nice and clean with lots of space. Marva cooked us a lovely dinner as requested for our first night.

Being a little away from town we couldn’t walk to get groceries etc due to being the wet season and flooding in the area. We were able to pay for transport which was just a call away, using the same man who gave us free transport that was in included with the accommodation.

Marva was a wonderful host! We enjoyed being in her house which was a great base to explore the island.

No complaints at all!

The location of the property is good for your first stay on La Digue. It is close to takeaways, shop, ferry port, beaches like Anse Severe and Source D'Argent. The villa itself is exactly as described. It is extremely clean, spacious, big kithen, spacious rooms with climate conditioner. But the owners are the ones who make the villa even more beautiful. Their house is next to it and you can always count on their help. Marva, the owner, cooks extermely good, so highly recommend to try her dishes, much better than any restaurant we visited. Her husband will meet you, can rent you bikes at very good price, take you anywhere on the island with his car. Our stay with two young children was excellent!

We came to Seychelles on February and it is extremely hot here. In four days we have adapted to the temperature, but sunscreens, few days for new time zone and temperature adaptation is a must.

Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruit, juice etc

Rental bikes are on the property and if you have any issues or questions, staff is always available and helpful.
