"Home like apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a giant fenced in yard! It’s a STEAL for the price! $$$"

The location was perfect! Close to Busch gardens, making uber cheap for travel! $$The shower was beautiful! Nice size walk in shower! Built in shampoo, soap and conditioner dispenser. The rooms are beautiful. My bed was extremely comfortable, and clean. USB and C charging outlets in the lamps in the bedrooms for extra charging needs! Giant size television in the living room. The neighborhood is quiet. The properties are well maintained in the area. Fenced in backyard. It’s located off the main area, so low car traffic. Safe area for small children with a little bit of roaming freedom. Pack those yard toys and enjoy the relaxation while they play! It is WELL WORTH the dollars!!! $$$ The neighbor was extremely friendly! Those wall mirrors are AMAZING!! The host was extremely attentive to my messages and questions. I will be returning in the future for all my Tampa stays!

No outside chairs ( it is considered winter when I stayed, I was told the weather was unusual for that time of the year by a local) that could be a contributing factor. I didn’t ask. I used the kitchen chair to sit in the sun! ☀️
