AUThe property was very clean and tidy. as well as very close to all amenities, which made it handy for if wanting to head out for a meal and few drinks. Was also great to have the wi-fi and Netflix ready set. The hosts were lovely and quick responses were received,
The property may be good for locals, but coming from overseas we were disappointed that a welcome book had not been provided, in Australia we are provided information about local services, eateries, instructions on how to use appliances and clear instructions of what is required while staying in the property. We had 6 of us staying but there was not enough cutlery, dinnerware, or kitchen facilities for meal or salad preparation and storage to accommodate us, we also found upstairs was very warm with no fans or air conditioning available to cool down the rooms. One of the bedrooms was much smaller than expected and didn’t accommodate 2 adults and their luggage. Also the bathrooms were a little small and didn’t accommodate toiletries,and showers were small. Great to have parking, but wouldn’t suit a larger vehicle.

Location wise it is slightly outside the main city
NZEasy to get too, handy location to local amenities. Easy to get on/off motorway and find. House is recent build so is warm and comfortable, and even though on a main road the noise isn't too disruptive. Has all the kitchen equipment etc you should need as well as linen etc. Highly recommend to others!
If I'm being picky only things I would possibly warn people of are: Carpark a bit tight when full, so just be wary if have a larger sized vehicle. We had no issues with our medium sized SUV but imagine a Ranger etc might need to be more careful. Small outdoor area so kids can't run around if thats what you're after.
