FREE PARKING - 5 min by walk from city center

Il nous a apporté son aide à distance pour une coupure d'électricité. - viennoiseries offertes par le propriétaire (nous n'avions jamais vu ça !! c'est vraiment gentil !) - L'électroménager est très fonctionnel et de qualité - parking à 5 mn à pied du logement dans un endroit qui ferme à clé

- Pas assez de vaisselle - odeur nauséabonde sous l'évier de la cuisine - 3 chaises pour 4 personnes (l'angle du canapé-lit sert d'assise) - la table est vraiment petite pour manger à 4

The position of the flat in amongst the shops and the walk into como was ideal also for me was the parking round the corner in a secure area and visited milan

No A/C .. they said there is but no air conditioning at all Very hot first 2 days

The host’s instructions were spot-on. The accommodation is close to the city centre, so there’s really no need to deal with public transport. Parking is a few streets away, but once you figure out how to open the gate, you can rest assured your car is in a safe place. The apartment has both a washing machine and a dryer, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time here. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to use the golden tokens for breakfast at the nearby restaurants, but we definitely give extra points for having that option. The air conditioning was under repair, but the host quickly arranged an alternative solution. For communication with Guiseppe, we give a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

We liked everything. Only one small suggestion for improvement would be to offer guests the option to pay the city tax via bank transfer or to leave the cash in a secure envelope or drop box. This could help ensure the payment doesn’t get lost between check-out and the host’s arrival :)

The apartment was comfortable and spotless clean. The bed was very comfy. We were 3 people so had the sofa bed was open, but there was still plenty of space. The hosts are very responsive and really helped us out. The location is good, just off the city centre and with parking included. The free brioche at the corner cafe were a welcome extra and super delicious. Would stay again.

The apartment is like in the pictures, but some of the facilities has seen better days. We still enjoyed it and the price to quality ratio is very good for Como.

It was near the city center and everything was provided. My family enjoyed the stay over here at this property. Could get a little cold for people who are unwell in the winter. We loved the hospitality of the owner and he was exceptionally quick to attend to our needs. 101% recommended, especially in spring, autumn, and summer if you come from sunny hot countries!
