La literie est à revoir. Dans la chambre le lit et creuser au milieu Et pour le canapé lit , à notre arrivé impossible de l’installer en lit car les pieds étaient cassés et grosse barre en fer au milieu ( ma fille étant petite a dormi sur le canapé non déplié Pour ma grande ( ado ) il y a un fauteuil qui se déplie aussi elle a dormi là dessus ( mais grosse barre aussi au milieu du dos L’emplacement un peu loin de tout ( il faut absolument la voiture )

Posizione comoda per poi raggiungere su nuraxi di barumini e giara di gesturi. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio di fronte a casa, tutto ok.

Nice apartment. There are almost all the amenities. For transit for one or two nights. Parking near the house.

The mattress needs to be replaced

We enjoyed staying here very much. The kitchen is excellent, well enough furnished to eat at home at least once a day. A bit warm at night, solved by sleeping with the door open. AC works well, but we used it only during evenings. It works for more than 2 people to stay there, as there is a couch (for lightweight guests) or a second mattress (which we used). Bathroom was good, including a washing machine (which we didn't even know we're going to need). The only bad part is the distance to the nearest beach, which can be solved if you come there by care. The owners are ready to help via Whatsapp. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I recommend.

Quiet vicinity, privacy, seranity, cleanliness, parking for motorcycles inside the secured fence. Responsive, helpfull and kind owners, getting keys from the safe box with no time restrictions (accessibility without any in personal formalities), location for south part of the island. Washing machine with included detergent (small amenities).

Visiting north might be too far away. Of course, it depends on a person. But on the positive side, the highway is really close.

The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It is very clean, parking provided, easy to walk everywhere in town, a bar and wonderful restaurant just a very short walk away. The surprise was that a few hours before check in we received an email requesting a photo of document (passport for us) and a long detailed form to be filled out including making a selfie. Then we received the code for the lockbox. It would have been nice if we had been told a day earlier that this was coming as we do not use cellular when traveling in Europe, just happened to use restaurant WIFI at lunch, and found the email. Also, there is no number 3 at the property, there is a number 1 to the left of the lockbox. The agent insisted there was a 3, we looked everywhere and there was no number 3.
