Alle Erstens bei Einreise und Abreise ist große umwand mit Parking, erst muss Schlüssel holen von Wohnung da nach 5 km runde Fahren wall Garage in andere Einbahnstraße ist und genau so bei Abreise wider Runde 5 km fahren Schlüssel wider in Wohnung bringen. Wohnung war nicht richtig aufgeräumt. Schmutzige Badetuche vor lezte Reisende einfach in Badezimmer gelassen überall Spinnweben an Wänden und Decken, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion bläst fast keine Luft, sehr wascheinlich lufterfilter verstopft.

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht auf der Durchreise. Das Gute an der Unterkunft war die zur Verfügung gestellter Parkplatz in der Nähe und relativ ruhige Lage nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Leider war auf der Seite von Booking.com die zusätzliche Kommission nicht angegeben. Diese sollte direkt per Kreditkarte überwiesen werden, wobei keine alternative Zahlungsmethode zur Verfügung stand. Aufgrund technischer Schwierigkeiten war es uns jedoch nicht möglich, die Zahlung durchzuführen, was zu Unklarheiten darüber führte, ob das Apartment tatsächlich für uns reserviert war. Die Kommunikation hierzu verlief sehr schleppend, sodass es lange dauerte, bis wir schließlich Zugang zur Unterkunft erhielten. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt in Sevilla erheblich beeinträchtigt und uns viel Stress bereitet, was wir sehr bedauern. Zudem möchten wir anmerken, dass die Sauberkeit der Dusche zu wünschen übrig ließ und sich die Klimaanlage nicht wie gewünscht regulieren ließ.

Great location and lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and stayed quite cool throughout the day

We didnt seem to have access to the pool, however I also didn't follow up and ask about it so there may have been a set of keys we didn't know about. The pool pumps turn on at 9am and are quite loud even with the windows closed Also a fair warning to anyone driving, getting onto the carpark is tight!

No complaints at all, everything. as described or better, quite neibourhood, swimming pool quite, supermarket very close by, highly recommended

Good amenities, location is walkable to main attractions and washing machine was a bonus.

Apartment floor was a little dirty.

The accommodation was clean and the location was good for the city centre.

As we arrived late on Sunday, a welcome pack indicating local bars and restaurants and their opening times would have been useful. There was a new coffee machine but no pods to use in it, so a welcome pack of water, tea, coffee and milk would also be useful.

Great apartment on the perfect location, close to all must-see spots. Very clean and nicely decorated. The host is always available to answer all your questions. Don't hesitate to book it!
