MYThe house is spacious - 2 big rooms, 1 big hall and reasonable kitchen space (we didn't cook though) however, the 3rd room is kinda small and stuffy. The house has a balcony with an acceptable view. They also provide towels, hair dryer, iron, kettle, microwave, utensils & extra extension plug. Checking in and out is easy as the instructions are very clear.
The house is dusty, the toilets don't look clean (I don't say it's dirty) and one of the shower head was faulty, one of the bedsheets (in the 3rd room) has stains (I didn't check bedsheets on the other rooms), 1 plug point is not working, the dining chairs and coffee table are wobbly.
MYStrategic location, comfortable place and the staff was friendly and helpful

MYTerrible management. I feel scammed. Please read all the reviews here, they’re all true. Pictures are not true to the place. The hosts were not accommodating. Worst experience
MYthe area is quiet and very close to everything you need like restaurant, convenience store. Look forward to stay again on next month.
MYVisitor parking must pay rm5. Firstime in my trip, visitor parking must pay as mall!

Overall cleanliness not up to standard. Lots of hair on the floor. Apartment looks basic, nothing fancy. Furniture and everything in it are mediocre. Property requires RM300 deposit before giving out check in instructions.

GBThe apartment grounds and swimming pool are lovely and well-maintained. This was the redeeming factor of our stay.
The apartment is nothing like the photos, which must have been taken years ago. See my photos for the truth. The apartment is filthy - hairs in the showers, dirty sinks, cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards, dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedsheets, leaks in the ceiling, burn marks on the ironing board... I felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed as I really didn't know if the sheets had been changed before our arrival. The bed was also quite short and my feet stuck out the end. The duvet was too small for the double cover and we had to change it with the duvet on the other double bed. The bunk bed mattresses sunk right down in the middle. On arrival, we discovered the water filter/dispenser wasn't working properly. Cold water came out as very hot. The hosts never responded to my enquiry about this. There was also no toilet paper. Check-in was complicated. We had to go to another building to get the key from a key lock, though thankfully, it was nearby. The hosts told us not to tell the apartment management that we were airbnb guests (or, I presume booking.com guests) as there are strict rules against the apartments being used for such. This put us in an awkward position with the apartment security guards. And honestly if the hosts are not honest about the apartment use, and expect guests to lie, then it left me not knowing if I could trust them about anything. There is also a deposit of RM300 to pay (which is stated on Booking.com though I didn't see it before booking). This was complicated to pay as we were travelling, with intermittant internet, and were told we wouldn't receive check-in details till we paid it. It was quite stressful. I would be ashamed to advertise an apartment like this and let guests stay in it. I can only assume the hosts have never stayed in it themselves in its current state. Maybe they haven't even visited recently, and have left it to a cleaner (if there is a cleaner)!
