roaches from the first night on. killed 7. AC units did. not work (one wouldn't heat, one wouldn't cool). Only 2 of 6 jets worked on the tub.

Accuse, me and my wife of smoking in the room. There was a bowl that had been smoked out of and they accused us of smoking and took $250 out of my deposit. After already depositing our deposit back into our account took 2 days later $,250 back out of my account and accuse me of smoking in the room. And still have not got back to me. Only $250 that they have took from my account. I am looking to get legal advice on getting my money back on that $250 and a supervisor or anyone has not got back to me yet on that, if I have to I will get a lawyer on this!
