Five75 Lux PROV - Mins Away From Federal Hill

It had plenty of bathrooms. It was contemporary and clean.

The description was not clear. It was multiple units but presented itself as 1 large unit. The living room - dining area was very small , had uncomfortable and inadequate seating. The kitchen did not have a dishwasher. It was stocked with the minimum basic supplies. Some of the windows didn’t have screens. There was no air conditioning. It did not have the bed configurations described. It claimed to have a queen and twin bed in two rooms. The so-called twin was a 3” small mattress rolled up in the closet with no frame or surface to put it on. The host was uncooperative and rude. We were a family traveling from several different locations. Some with small children. He refused to give us the door codes until the last minute. Since we were coming in by different modes of transportation I was unable to provide the first guests to arrive (at the designated time) with the key code since I was arriving late and would be in the air without access to phone or email. He also doubled booked and cancelled on our relatives last minute.

Host was easy to talk to and get a hold of.

Very clean.

There was no dishwasher and it wasn’t close to anything. You couldn’t walk to even get a cup of coffee. The keurig was a one cup of coffee at a time and with six people it took awhile for everyone to get their coffee. The couch was very uncomfortable and there were only 4 chairs at the table.

It was very clean and new. The 3 bedrooms were a perfect layout for our needs.

After arrival, the guidebook for the house informed us that there was no street parking overnight and that the very narrow tandem driveway had to be shared by both units. It was late & the guests in the other unit had parked just inside driveway so there was no room for our 2 cars. We had to improvise by parking just off the sidewalk in the front. The rest of the stay we did manage to communicate & shuffle cars with the other unit but it should not have been so difficult to manage the parking.
