Communication was acceptable. Access was easy enough

The unit was dirty on arrival..had live and dead cock roaches all over. The Internet was spotty, at best. Definitely not being kept clean and updated Impossible to cook as pans were burned and damaged. Would not reccomend

On arrival I was not allowed access by security, because the host had booked the place to other occupants and had sent me an email 4 hours before to say my booking was cancelled - I was travelling and had no internet so did not get the last second cancellatgion - MY FULLY PAID REVERVATION FEE HAS NOT YET BEEN REFUNDED !

Our booking for 3 1BR apartment were cancelled the moment we checked in without notice. There is a difficulty in communicating the property in charge. Our booking was replaced with 1 2BR apartment and they promised us with the refund on the price difference. Sadly until now I did not received any response.
