UNIQUE APT. W/POOL- ACROSS THE BEACH-WIFI-A/C

Todo , casa completamente amueblada, con aire y con TV . La cama comooodiisima . Y todas las comodidades para vivir ahí por un largo tiempo . En primera línea de playa . Espectácular

NADAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!! Quizá podría decir que es interior y yo pensé que las vistas eran a la playa

O único ponto positivo é a excelente localização — a avaliação foi dada praticamente só por isso.

Em primeiro lugar, não gostámos do facto de termos contado com a utilização da piscina (no anúncio eram mencionadas duas), mas só à chegada fomos informados de que não estavam a funcionar. Não faz sentido anunciar piscinas se não estão disponíveis, especialmente porque escolhemos estes apartamentos precisamente por esse motivo. Quanto aos apartamentos, não são confortáveis: o frigorífico faz muito ruído, ao ponto de ser difícil dormir à noite. A mobília é antiga e pouco prática, e tanto o colchão como as almofadas são desconfortáveis.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Alicante. The location is fantastic – just a 2-minute walk to the beach across the street, and right next to the lift to the castle. The city center is only about 5–10 minutes away on foot, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars all around, and public transport connections close by. The apartment itself is very spacious for two people and comes fully equipped with everything you might need, including a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, and even an iron. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay close to the beach and the heart of Alicante!

The only downside was the quality of the bed. It felt a bit narrow for two people, and instead of a duvet there were only blankets, which from a Central European perspective seemed a little unusual. Perhaps this is common in Mediterranean places, but towards the end of September a proper duvet would have been more comfortable. The pillows could have been better too. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to both the beach and the city center.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec un emplacement idéal. Tout était parfait . Je recommande vivement 😊

Propre et plutôt confortable pour un court séjour mer/ville. Assez spacieux. Climatisé dans le salon (uniquement) mais ventilateur plafonnier dans les 2 pièces. Immeuble propre et bien sécurisé (double porte d’accès + caméra) 2 ascenseurs par palier.

L’immeuble est en hauteur et surplombe la plage. Il est donc nécessaire d’emprunter des escaliers ou une rampe pour accéder à la plage. Ceci peut être éventuellement un inconvénient à la remontée pour une personne âgée ou fatiguée.
