Beautiful villa with lots of room for the whole family. Putu the manager and cleaning staff were all fantastic. Great location as it's close to shops, massage & restaurants but still a nice quiet spot. Can't say a bad word about this place.

Beautiful villa! Clean and bright and modern with a nice local touch on the decor. Three bedrooms all with an ensuite. The pool is a good size, not just a plunge pool like a lot of other 3BR villas. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would ever need, from the usual pots and pans to a coffee machine, microwave, juicer, even a steamer! Quiet location, only 100m down an alley way from a street of restaurants, spas and shops. Bu Wayan does an exceptional job cleaning the villa every morning. The rooms are always spotless! Bu Putu who manages the villa is lovely and willing to help with any request or question we had. On the last morning of our stay, our daughter woke up very sick and we had to call a doctor who came at 10am. Because of this, Bu Putu let us have a late check out. We are very grateful for her compassion. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. This will be our new go-to villa in Seminyak whenever we visit.

If I really have to nitpick, it will probably be the dining room. It has a glass roof over it. So it will be very hot to eat there at lunch time. But to be honest, we never really needed to use the dining table. We ate out most of the time. And when we ordered food in or cooked, we just ate round the breakfast table in the kitchen overlooking the pool, like we usually do at home. So it has zero relevance for us.

I loved everything!!! It is such a special villa ! No disappointment at all .. was PERFECT ! Great bedrooms ... beautifully designed and decorated... good location,great staff.Alaways available for all our needs. The best villa so far I have stayed in Bali ❤️ worth every penny! It was paradise x

There was nothing I didn't like.

Mrs Putu & the cleaner were very prompt in responses and helpful whenever we had questions. The villa was very nice and perfect for my family. The water pressure was amazing for a villa (have found previous villas not great). Amenities were great with a water filter machine in the kitchen. They provided a cot, highchair and steraliser for our use :)

The ONLY downfall was that we were with our 10 month old son and it was a long alleyway to the Villa (through no fault of the villa itself) but did not have any lights and we did not want to bother taxis as it was quite narrow for them.

Great location with lots to eat and shop within walking distance. Nice ambience, clean facilities, showers have good water pressure. We were provided with insect repellent and insecticides. Mrs Putu was of a great help in making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The soap provided was a bit harsh but easy to get our own body wash and shampoo nearby. The water for the bathtub was warm enough for showering but not hot enough for a dip.

It’s a beautiful villa that’s situated within walking distance of many shops and supermarkets. Each room was decorated beautifully, with air conditioning and access to the pool. The pool does get shade throughout the day, so the water remains cool at times.

The kitchen, living space and primary bathroom are open, which means that it’s very warm and there’s no protection from bugs (especially mosquitos). A bat also flew into the ceiling fan while we were watching tv! The general cleanliness of the sheets and some towels were also not up to scratch, and we had to ask for fresh towels.

Mrs Antarini & the team is incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Mrs Antarini is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. We really enjoyed!
