2 chambres dans la cave avec odeur de moisissures insupportables

There is no communication with the apartment managers. Everything is only done through text via WhatsApp. There was no hair dryer as stated there are virtually no amenities in the apartment, not enough toilet paper. They won’t supply more bare bones to minimum not even a hook on the wall to hang a towel beds are hard Very poor communication communication with managers.

Instructions to digitally get into the apartment are terrible. You’re unable to communicate or contact anybody in real time. Only send a WhatsApp text and wait for a response. The managers are slow at getting back to you and the room was not stated with amenities.

La ubicación, lo único bueno que tenía y el resto era pésimo

En la casa no sé puede ni respirar de la olor a humedad que hay, las habitaciones se encuentran en un sótano sin ventilación y todo el suelo y las camas mojadas y las paredes se "desacian", caía una arenilla del techo debido a la cantidad de humedad que hay. Imposible dormir en esas habitaciones. Tuvimos que subir los colchones arriba por unas escaleras que ya tienes que tener equilibrio para poder bajar y subir ( un peligro total) y dormir todos como si estuviéramos de campamento. Los aires acondicionados olían fatal, la nevera no funcionaba y no nos dejaba dormir del ruido del motor estropeado y no voy hablar de los asquerosos colchones que habían. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, hasta los cubiertos daban asco cogerlos. Desde que entramos por la puerta los propietarios estuvieron al tanto de todo lo que pasaba y no tuvieron el detalle ni de contestar. Cuidado con las personas que sufren asma porque ya os digo que allí no podrían estar. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!

Las habitaciones del sótano son frías con mucha humedad y mal olor

La ubicación excelente, con acceso directo de la calle, tiene todas las comodidades de cocina, lavadora y otros servicios para sentirte como en casa.

La escalera para bajar al sótano, no es adecuada si vas con niños o personas mayores, puede resultar peligrosa, también se podría hacer algo con la humedad en el piso inferior

It is in a great location close to a lot of walking places.

The duplex bajo is not kid friendly: The stairs to go downstairs are very difficult and danger. The smell downstairs in the basement is strong and humid, even with the humidifier it was very strong and I got allergies as soon I went downstairs. The air conditioning in the living room was liking and we have to put a bucket under and emptied couple times. The bathroom door is broken and hard to open and close. The couch was also broken. I let the owner or manager (not sure) know and he ask me for pictures. I sent all of them but I didn’t get any answer

Nothing. Everything was dirty, and very dangerous to stay

It's totally inappropriate to stay with kids. The stairs of basement are really DANGEROUS. To stay in the basement is extremely risky, looks like the dust and even ROCKS are falling on the bed all the time. We came with 3 kids and found out that it's impossible to stay in this apartment. So we booked another one immediately and asked to give our money back. The company that manages the property refused. We sent the information to booking.com and didn't get any answer. So better just avoid this property.
