The bed was too small and there was no mattress protection. No extra blanket as well.

Impeccably clean stocked with all amenities we needed for our stay. Location was right next to uptown mall and near excellent cafes and restaurants.

"Good but could do better"

Super clean, no bugs (I have stayed in these apartments often and it is sometimes the case in other units), easy communication and check in (late check in wasn't an issue and clearly handled)

Pillows could be better quality. This particular unit 21N facing into the sunlight during the day making the room very hot. One aircon above the bedroom section of the studio wasn't working properly, making the property quite warm. Would recommend putting a filter screen on the windows to stop the heat or double glazing. Also should put shampoo and gel in the bathroom for guests. Both tubs were empty.
