House w/ heated pool in Naples 5 min to beach

This property was beautiful, functional, clean, private and welcoming. It had everything we could possibly need and then some! So many thoughtful touches from the beach towels to the well stocked kitchen to the jewelry caddy. The owner responded quickly to questions we had. The patio room, pool and lanais were wonderfully relaxing.

Misleading advertisement.One bedroom was detached from the house with no bathroom. Going into the main house to use the bathroom at night was not a good option. A family staying there with small children was not a good option. The children were ages 13,11 and 8. The third bedroom detached from the house was useless.the pool pump was not working well and the pool was dirty and required work from the renter. Not what you want to be doing on vacation.

Everything was great! The communication with Magali was perfect, the house itself was amazing. We stayed there with 6 adults and 2 child’s, and all of us loved it. We stayed there during Christmas and we had a really good time. There is everything in the house, what you need. Also the pool is perfect and warm. We did not miss anything and we were sad to leave the house after our stay. The area is nice, not far to the beach, not far to supermarkets. Quite neighborhood.

Nothing!

The house is absolutely stunning and is super well equiped with all kinds of stuff we needed - fully equiped kitchen, gas grill, pool towels, table tennis etc. A supermarket is within 3-min drive and beach within 7-min drive.

Some stuff didnt work in the house, but nothing major… And because it is so great, it is also pricey…

This property was advertised as a 3 bedroom house, when it was really only two. The pictures showed the back pool house as a game room with a ping-pong table, but when we arrived, it ended up being the third bedroom. Would have been fine if we weren't on vacation with our young kids. We didn't want to be separated from them, and they would have had to walk outside to get to a bathroom in the main house. Besides the house, the pool was filthy and half empty. Pool umbrella was ripped, and poop around the pool. Ac thermostat was broken. When we called to express our concerns to the home owner, she claimed that it was all listed on the site, which it was not. She said they they were going to have the pool fixed by 3 days into our vacation. We were expecting to relax in the pool after our long drive over there. Lawn services came at 4pm and were loudly working for the better part of an hour. Check in was at three, idk why they didn't do this before we arrived. We spoke to the home the homeowner and told her this wasn't what we were sold. Within the hour, she CANCELED our reservation without informing us at all. We instead received an email from the booking company. This happened at like 6pm, so we were left without a place to stay for the night, far from home with our YOUNG KIDS, and tons of groceries. WORST PLACE EVER, NIGHTMARE HOMEOWNERS!!!!

It wasn’t far from the beach.

Started with the checkin and check out, that the times were different from confirmation which was noon to noon, they wanted 3pm to 10 am. It wasn’t a 3-2 but a separate pool house third bedroom which didn’t have a bathroom so you had to go to the main building. The refrigerator leaked throughout our stay and the owner only told us to turn off the ice maker and made no attempt to address. It was obvious that they were aware because there was a big water stain on the kitchen floor. The second bathroom didn’t have hot water. The heated pool wasn’t heated. The water was cold.
