"Good position- attention to detail needed."

Warm and clean in a good location for walking the coast path using buses.Parking on site. Good to have a dishwasher.

No freezer compartment in fridge. Only one tea towel and no kitchen hand towel. Poor quality, cheapest John Lewis range, small bath towel.I am very small but it was only just adequate for me! No extractor fan in bathroom so excess condensation. Bathroom window needs a blind as it fronts a road, albeit a small one.

"Good location & facilities."

Location was great. Convenient for local bus & shops. Good size for us. Furnished well.

Would have liked a freezer compartment in fridge. Water pressure in bathroom sink seemed low. Neither point a real issue.

"Lovely stay"

Good location for us as meeting family in Wells. Available on dates we wanted with parking. Very clean and tidy. Perfect for 2 people.

The 9am check out time seemed very early and it would have been better if it had been an hour or so later. The instructions stated 'you are required to strip the bedsheets...' This is a bit bossy and if you'd said eg. 'it would really be appreciated if you could strip the beds at the end of your stay'. I would have been in a better mood when doing it. Finally a small point, the WiFi code in the sent instructions is wrong. It is correct on the chest of drawers at the house. It just caused a bit of confusion.

Location, cleanliness, nice and warm always hot water. Comfortable bed and off street parking.

Shower hot but only consisted of a rain shower. Could have done with a rising shower as well to enable my side to shower without wetting her hair.
